​We welcome families interested in joining Hercules Road State School.

Hercules Road State School operates under an Enrolment Management Plan​ to support student enrolment within our local catchment area.


Eligibility to enrol

Students who reside within the local catchment area are eligible for enrolment. Proof of residential address is required.

Students who live outside the school’s local catchment boundary may still apply for enrolment. These applications are considered in line with the school’s Enrolment Management Plan and available places.

Out-of-catchment applications will be placed on a waiting list in order of the date the application was received.


When to apply

Applications can be lodged from the first Monday in February and are accepted up to 12 months prior to a student commencing school.

  2. Download the enrolment documents below
  3. Complete and submit your application
  4. Provide supporting identification documents
  5. Contact the school office if you require assistance

Acceptance of enrolment is subject to the sighting of a Birth Certificate or other legal identification document (such as a passport) at the time of submitting enrolment forms.
